There is no minimum order requirement so your order can be as small as 17p!

We will pack and post your order within 2 standard days or sooner whatever your order quantity or e-mail you with further delivery information.

To keep your reward prices lower all packages are automatically sent 2nd Class Post. Just e-mail us quoting 'free 1st class upgrade' if you're in a hurry!

We guarantee your complete satisfaction because we value you as a customer and your time taken in ordering from us. Therefore all of our products come with a 21 day no quibble return guarantee from the date they arrive on your doorstep providing the returned goods are in a fully saleable condition. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all. We aim to answer any queries or questions within 24 hours. We’ll even pay your return postage and packing costs for you with no questions asked!

NOT HAPPY WITH SOME OF YOUR PURCHASED REWARDS BUT USED SOME ALREADY?

Have you used some, most or all of a particular product then found a problem or issue. E.g. A Particular type of Pen breaks or runs out after a few days. Maybe you're not happy about sending products back because of time and inconvenience. We’ll work out something for you. Just contact us to let us know by e-mail or phone or, after all, we want you to be happy so that you will use our store again and recommend us to other teachers or parents. Its simple, If a product if not up to scratch, contact us in the first instance and we'll sort it out so that you’re happy (we promise!).

Schools

We now process purchase orders for hundreds of schools but please remember we are also teaching as well during the day!

When phoning our store number (0161 654 7052) during school hours please leave a message and we will get back to you very soon or e-mail us at coolrewardssupport@gmail.com and you will have a fast response late afternoon or that evening!

Schools require NO pre-approval to order and no formal purchase order. Also If you are a school you do not need to send a cheque with your initial purchase order. If you would like to send us a formal purchase order your can of course send it to:

You can also e-mail us your order to us if this is easier for you (coolrewardssupport@gmail.com). You will be sent a 28 day invoice with your delivery. Schools ordering for the first time are limited to a maximum of £150 in their first order.

During February/March when Finance departments are closed we can post-date invoices until April if your school allows this. To do this please e-mail us when you would like your invoice postdated to in April and we can send your products out straight away. We do not charge to process purchase orders.

We are not currently VAT registered so all Invoices are including VAT.

Note: If sending a school cheque when your invoice is due please make it payable to: PETER MASON, Willowbank Cottage, 17 Heaton Street, Middleton, Manchester M24 4RT. For schools and businesses VAT should not be deducted on cheques otherwise we regret we will be unable to process your cheque immediately.

We accept PAYPAL, GOOGLE CHECKOUT and cheques (see section below).

Simply put all your products in your CART as you explore our site. Then at the end either choose PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT.

Paying by cheque

If sending a business / school cheque, personal cheque or postal order please make them payable to: [b]PETER MASON. Willow Bank Cottage, Middleton, Manchester, M24 4RT. We can process your order straight away if you send a postal order or business / school cheque but please allow approx. 10 days if sending a personal cheque. You can either send details of your products with your cheque or you can enter your information at the store checkout but do not go as far as entering entering your payment details into PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT. We will then have a record of your purchase to save you having to re-write them!

European and International Orders

European Orders including Southern Ireland and other International Orders

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - International orders can only be processed through PAPYAL. We regret we cannot currently ship to the USA and Canada. For larger orders discounts apply to postage costs pleas e-mail us.

Note: We do not charge extra to send abroad but only charge the exact postage cost according to the postoffice. Please follow these instructions carefully for International Orders:

1/ Choose your products

2/ E-mail us a copy of your shopping basket / cart. It is easy to COPY and PASTE the basket/cart into an e-mail to us.

3/ DO NOT pay for your products yet, e-mail us. In your e-mail please put your EXACT POSTING ADDRESS with your delivery country. If you have paid for your order already through PAYPAL then we will send you an e-mail with the additional shipping cost information that will need to be sent for you order to be completed. You will have a right to cancel if shipping is too expensive.

4/ We will e-mail you back with the price of your basket/cart including delivery. You will have the following delivery option: Standard Delivery. On average for a small order this could be about £2.50 extra and for a larger order approx £7 to £12 depending on your country. Some deliveries to Europe do not need any additional postage charges especially certificates and stickers but erasers can incurr higher shipping costs.

5/ To proceed with your order log into PAYPAL. Send us your payment via PAYPAL to coolrewardspayments@googlemail.com

Please note we do not charge any administration fee for International Orders, only the cost of delivery to your country. International orders are exempt from 21 day money back guarantee.
