What is the referral scheme?

if you have let your friends know about our website and they'll receive an amazing £10 automatic discount off their first order when they order over £20.
In exchange, you'll get a great 20% reward discount off a future order over £20. Enter the first name, last name and email of your friends. They will receive an email from you encouraging them to visit our coolrewards.co.uk site.
Also for each friend you encourage who then spends £20 at coolrewards.co.uk you yourself with get another cool 20% off your next order. You can use two friendship referral discounts in one order and we will remember on your account that you have more discounts you can use in the future. (Minimum spend £20 for one order). For example if you spend £40 and two of your friends have purchased from us you can claim 40% off. That's £16 off! Spend £100 for example and get £40 off!
Note: Referral rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts or used on school purchase orders.
How does it work?
Refer a Friend
- Click on the "Referral Scheme" menu and enter your friends' first names, last names and email addresses.
- Send the referral invitation.
- You'll be informed by email when your friend places an order with us and will receive your discount.
You've been Referred
- When you receive the referral invitation, click on the link to benefit from the referral discount when you order on the site.
Your discount will automatically be taken into account with your order.
How does a referring customer use their reward?
The reward discount is automatically applied when your friend or referral orders.
A discount coupon code will be automatically generated during the order for £10 if they spend £20 or more. If they don't want to use it right away, they just delete the code and they can use it on their next order.
You can consult your referral history at any time from the "Referral Scheme" menu and remind friends who have not yet responded. |
